All meals are overseen by Executive Chef Kevin Koohtow, specializing in traditional Pacific Northwest fare featuring local ingredients for an incredible dining experience. With a menu of fresh seafood, native delicacies and prime beef, his creations are assured to please the most discriminating taste.
Breakfast is prepared before you set out for a day of fishing. Your selection of hot & cold drinks and snacks are waiting when you’re ready to depart. Breakfast sandwiches, hot coffee, snacks, and lunch are delivered daily to guests on the water.

Every evening cocktails and appetizers are served, featuring the day’s catch of Dungeness Crab and our chef’s specials, all harvested from the bountiful waters that surround Legacy Lodge. All meals are included in the price of your trip. Alcohol is not included.
Chef's Recipe:
Legacy Pan Seared Salmon with Capers

Preheat a large heavy skillet over medium heat for 3 minutes.

Coat salmon with olive oil. Place in skillet, and increase heat to high. Cook for 3 minutes. Sprinkle with capers, and salt and pepper. Turn salmon over, and cook for 5 minutes, or until browned. Salmon is done when it flakes easily with a fork.

Transfer salmon to individual plates, and garnish with lemon slices.
